All OCCJ products have a warranty period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The warranty is settled by repairing or replacing the defective product. The payment of the shipment for the products sent for warranty is the customer’s responsibility.

The warranty conditions are in accordance with Law 449/2003 and the G.O. no. 21/1992. For products with warranty, it is necessary to present the defective product in its original packaging, together with the related accessories and copies of the invoice and the warranty certificate. If products arrive unaccompanied by these documents, they can be returned to the claimer / sender, without the warranty being settled.

Products that have physical defects, such as bumps, cracks, stains, tears, products used in inappropriate conditions (other than those recommended on maintenance labels / flyers), are not subject to warranty.
