G.E.O. no. 34/2014, Art. 56 states: “the end-user has a 14-day period to withdraw from a remote contract or from a contract outside the commercial premises, without having to justify the decision for withdrawing”.
So, the customer is entitled to return the product within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the ordered products and to notify SC OCCJ FASHION DIVISION SRL, in writing, of its decision to renounce to the ordered products, without the obligation of invoking a particular reason.
If you wish to return the products, they should not have any signs of wear and you must take into consideration the following:
Product Change:
-The transport fees will be borne by Occj.ro/ Occjstore.com if the ordered product does not correspond to the one received;
-The transport fees will be borne by you, if you want to change the size or the product you ordered;
-Returning the products is carried out by using the same transport service as the shipment;
– Product return will be made at your expense with any courier service you want;
– Occj.ro / Occjstore.com will refund the products within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned package;
– We need you to communicate your Personal Identity Number and the IBAN account;
